Sri Lanka have taken a 1-0 lead in the 3-match T20 Series against New Zealand with a 4-wicket victory at Dambulla with 6 balls remaining. New Zealand were bowled out for 135 in 19.3 overs as Dunith Wellalage picked up 3 wickets while Nuwan Thushara, Wanindu Hasaranga, and Matheesha Pathirana picked up 2 wickets each. Charith Asalanka guided the Sri Lankans home top-scoring with 35. Zachary Foulkes starred for New Zealand with an excellent all-round performance but unfortunately for New Zealand, it wasn't enough as Sri Lanka held their nerve in a tense victory.

Afghanistan vs Bangladesh, 2nd ODI, Sharjah, Review.

Bangladesh have levelled the 3-match ODI series against Afghanistan with a 68-run victory in the 2nd ODI at Sharjah. Man of the Match, and Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto, top-scored for the Bangladeshis with 76 to help his side reach 252/7 off their 50 overs. Afghanistan were hardly in the chase as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals as they were bowled out for 184 in 43.5 overs with Nasum Ahmed picking up 3 wickets, while Mustafizur Rahman and Mehidy Hasan Miraz picked up 2 wickets each to help Bangladesh seal a comfortable victory.

South Africa vs India, 1st T20I, Durban, Review.

India have taken a 1-0 lead in the 4-match T20 Series against South Africa with a 61-run victory in Durban. Sanju Samson scored his 2nd T20 International hundred and that too in consecutive matches. India finished on 202/8 off their 20 overs. In reply, South Africa were bowled out for 141 in 17.5 overs, as Ravi Bishnoi and Varun Chakravarthy picked up 3 wickets each to seal the victory for India.

Australia vs Pakistan, 2nd ODI, Adelaide, Review.

Pakistan have levelled the 3-match ODI series against Australia with a thumping 9-wicket victory with 141 balls remaining in the 2nd ODI in Adelaide. The visitors bowled Australia out for 163 in 35 overs courtesy of Man of the Match, Haris Rauf's 5fa. In reply, openers Saim Ayub and Abdullah Shafique scored excellent half-centuries to help Pakistan to finish on 169/1 off their 26.1 overs to seal a dominant victory.

West Indies vs England, 3rd ODI, Bridgetown, Barbados, Review.

The West Indies have sealed a 2-1 ODI series victory over England with a comfortable 9-wicket victory in the 3rd ODI at Bridgetown in Barbados. Player of the Series, Matthew Forde bowled superbly once again picking up 3 wickets at miserly economy rate of 3.35 tuns per over. England finished on 263/8 off their 50 overs, and in reply, Man of the Match, Brandon King and Keacy Carty scored excellent centuries to help the West Indies to a comfortable 8-wicket victory to seal a victory and in the process, their 2nd ODI series win against England in the West Indies in 2 years.

Afghanistan vs Bangladesh, 1st ODI, Sharjah, Review.

Afghanistan have taken a 1-0 lead in the 3-match ODI series against Bangladesh with a crushing 92-run in the 1st ODI at Sharjah. Afghanistan were in early trouble at 71/5 but they managed to scrape their way to 235 all out thanks to half-centuries from captain, Hashmatullah Shahidi, and Mohammad Nabi. Then it was the AM Ghazanfar show, as the young spinner, picked up bowling figures of 6/26 off 6.3 overs which saw Bangladesh capitulate from 120/2 to 143 all out.

Australia vs Pakistan, 1st ODI, Melbourne, Review.

Australia have taken a lead in the 3-match ODI series against Pakistan as they beat Pakistan by 2 wickets with 99 balls remaining. Man of the Match, Mitchell Starc stared with the ball picking up 3 wickets. The match was a tight one but Pat Cummins held his nerve, with the bat to guide Australia to a special victory after Haris Rauf and the other Pakistani bowlers picked up quick wickets to have Australia on the ropes. In the end, Australia held their nerve and started the Australian cricketing summer on a positive note.

West Indies vs England, 2nd ODI, North Sound, Antigua, Review.

England have levelled the 3-match ODI Series against the West Indies with a 5-wicket victory with 15 balls remaining at Antigua. Shai Hope scored his 17th ODI hundred, and was backed up by Keacy Carty, and Sherfane Rutherford as the West Indies finished on 328/6 off their 50 overs. Stand-in England captain, and Man of the Match, Liam Livingstone, scored his maiden century and was well-supported by Phil Salt, Jacob Bethell, and Sam Curran as England chased down the target of 329to level the series.

England vs All Blacks, Twickenham, 2024, Review.

The All Blacks have pulled off a tough victory over England at Twickenham. Wallace Sititi was superb for the All Blacks and the bench made the difference for the All Blacks in the final 15 minutes of the game. England had their chances and controlled certain parts of the match, but they couldn’t hold their nerve under pressure and missed two opportunities to seal the game in the final 5 minutes of the game. The All Blacks have beaten England three times this year.
